1. How will the Referer get the reward?

After the referred friend successfully places an order, the advocate will receive $10 in cash rewards through PayPal within 30-40 days. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will provide you with a gift card instead. 

2. Who can participate in the referral program?

3. Anyone aged 18 and above in the United Sates (or as per the age stipulated by local laws) is eligible to participate in our Referral Program. To make a referral, users are required to register and sign in to their DenvixCredits account. Furthermore, the referred individuals must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.

3. What is the maximum number of the referees I can refer to?

Each member can refer a maximum of ten friends to our products each month, and the referral count will reset at the beginning of the next month.

4. Who can be my referees?

Referees can be your family members, friends, colleagues, or anyone you'd like to share with. Each referral must be a unique individual who has not previously purchased our product.

5. What is a qualified purchase referral?

A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first-time order placed by a Referred Customer. The total value should exceed a certain threshold (excluding discounts, shipping charges, returns, canceled transactions, and any applicable third-party fees).

6. Can I get a cash reward again if the referee placed more than one order?

No, only the first order placed by the referred-in friend can earn you $10 cash back.

7. Where can I share the referral link?

Besides sending your referral link to your friends directly, you can share your link via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

8. How long does it take to process my withdrawal?

Funds may take 1-5 business days to arrive after the cash is paid out. We appreciate your patience.
