1. Where can I earn DenvixCredits?
Members can earn DenvixCredits on denvix.com. To earn credits, members must be logged into their Denvix account during purchases or other qualifying actions.
2. When will I receive my DenvixCredits?
DenvixCredits are typically added to your account immediately. However, for purchases made on denvix.com, the credits will remain pending until your order is fulfilled. Pending DenvixCredits cannot be redeemed.
3. What should I do if I think my DenvixCredits were not credited correctly?
If you have questions about your membership account, please contact Customer Service at support@denvix.com.
4. Can my DenvixCredits expire?
Yes, your accumulated DenvixCredits will expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired DenvixCredits will be deducted from your account.
5. Why didn’t I receive credits for signing up and subscribing to the newsletter?
Prior to the official launch of our DenvixCredits Program on 10/29/2024, credits are not awarded for signing up and subscribing.
6. Can tax be included in the calculation of credits?
No, the accumulation of DenvixCredits does not include any payments made by the member for taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes.
7. Can I earn DenvixCredits if I purchase discounted products?
Yes, DenvixCredits can be earned on discounted products. Credits will be calculated based on the amount you spend, with 1 dollar equating to 1 credit.
8. What happens to my DenvixCredits if I return a product or cancel an order?
If a product is returned or an order is canceled, the DenvixCredits you earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. Credits will also be deducted for any partial refunds.
